THE APPROACH

We approach an SS kitchen as a working space first. Preparation, washing, cooking and storage need to feel connected. The visible design and the fabrication specification are then developed together, so the kitchen belongs to the home as naturally as it serves the cook.
Review the site and services
We assess dimensions, access, windows and existing plumbing and electrical points. Ventilation, drainage, appliance requirements and other service provisions are coordinated with the relevant trades before the layout is finalised.
Plan the working zones
We arrange preparation, washing, cooking and storage to suit the room. We review counter space, landing areas near appliances, drawer access and circulation, then test the arrangement against your daily routine.
Define the stainless steel specification
We agree which parts will be stainless steel: carcasses, shutters, work surfaces or selected components. Steel grade, sheet thickness, finish, fabrication method, hardware and compatibility with other materials are recorded with the fabricator; they are not assumed from the term “SS kitchen”.
Coordinate the complete palette
We bring the steel together with selected worktops, splashbacks, handles, lighting and adjacent finishes. Appliance cut-outs, service access and junctions are checked against approved product information and coordinated drawings.
Fabricate, fit and hand over
Fabrication follows the agreed drawings and specification. Installation sequencing is coordinated with services and finishes. The final review covers fit, alignment, openings and accessible connections, with appliance commissioning handled by the appropriate installer. Care guidance follows the selected suppliers’ recommendations.

Steel, precisely specified
The appropriate grade and finish depend on the project, exposure, budget and intended components. Confirm these with the fabricator before approval.
Storage that works
Drawer organisation, pots and pans, dry goods and cleaning supplies are planned near the activities they support.
A warmer composition
Stainless steel can sit alongside timber tones, tactile stone, muted colours and considered light. The palette is developed as one composition.
Access for the future
Service points, hardware adjustments and appliance replacement are considered while the design is being resolved.
This is a guide to our design approach, not a fixed package or a record of completed projects. Materials, suppliers, fabrication, installation, fees and timelines are confirmed in the agreed project scope.
A LITTLE CLARITY

Does SS mean every part of the kitchen is steel?+
Not necessarily. It may refer to carcasses, shutters, counters or a combination. We define the exact components and finishes in the project specification.
Is stainless steel maintenance-free?+
No surface is entirely maintenance-free. Cleaning, drying and suitable products matter. Follow the selected manufacturer or fabricator’s guidance, and avoid assuming every steel finish can be treated in the same way.
Can the kitchen feel warm and luxurious?+
Yes. Proportion, lighting, the visible steel finish and its relationship to other materials shape the atmosphere. We develop these choices together rather than treating steel as the entire aesthetic.
